# The Local Authorities etc. (Miscellaneous Provision) Order 1974, Article 1: Title and commencement


(1) This order may be cited as the Local Authorities etc. (Miscellaneous Provision) Order 1974.
(2) Articles 1, 2, 3, 9, 20, 29 and 30 of this order shall come into operation on 22nd March and the remaining provisions shall come into operation on 1st April 1974.
