# The Local Authorities etc. (Miscellaneous Provision) Order 1974, Article 10: Byelaws made by the Greater London Council and London borough councils


(1) The proper officer of the Greater London Council shall send a copy of every byelaw made by the Council, and confirmed, to the council of every London borough.
(2) The proper officer of the council of a London borough shall send a copy of every byelaw made by the council, and confirmed, to the Greater London Council.
