  "text": "In section 76(1) of the London Government Act 1963 (which defines the metropolitan police district) for sub-paragraphs (b) to (d) there shall be substituted—\n“(b) in the county of Essex, in the district of Epping Forest—\nthe area of the former urban district of Chigwell\nthe parish of Waltham Abbey;\n(c) in the county of Hertfordshire—\nin the borough of Broxbourne, the area of the former urban district of Cheshunt\nthe district of Hertsmere\nin the district of Welwyn Hatfield, the parish of Northaw;\n(d) in the county of Surrey—\nin the borough of Elmbridge, the area of the former urban district of Esher\nthe boroughs of Epsom and Ewell and Spelthorne\nin the district of Reigate and Banstead, the area of the former urban district of Banstead;”",
