Article 14 Clean air

Any order under section 11 of the Clean Air Act 1956 shall, in so far as it extends to an area comprised in any district—

  • if not already confirmed, be considered and if confirmed, have effect; or

  • if already confirmed, have effect

as if it had been made by the council of such district.
