# The Local Authorities etc. (Miscellaneous Provision) Order 1974, Article 28: Authorisations to enter premises


Any authorisation to enter premises issued to any officer transferred by or under an order made under sections 254 and 255 of the Act to the employment of any authority shall have effect as if it had been issued by such authority.
This article shall have effect subject to the express provision of any other order made (whether before or after this order) under the Act and shall not apply in so far as express provision in respect of authorisations to enter premises is made in any such order.
