  "heading": "References to repealed enactments in Local Acts, etc",
  "text": "Where by or under the Act—\n(a) a provision of an enactment or instrument has been repealed or revoked in respect of any area; and\n(b) a corresponding provision has been applied to that area or to any part thereof,\nany reference in any local Act or in any instrument made under any Act to the provision mentioned in (a) shall, in the application of such Act or instrument to the area or such part, as the case may be, unless the contrary intention appears, be construed as a reference to the provision mentioned in (b).\nIn this article, “local Act” includes an Act confirming a' provisional order.",
