Article 8 Temporary use of labour

The Borough Council of Bolton may until 31st March 1977 enter into agreements with any local authority for the construction of buildings or works wholly or substantially so in the area of the former county borough of Bolton which will engage the services of officers of the said Borough Council, including the holders of any offices or employments under it.
