# The Local Authorities etc. (Miscellaneous Provision) Order 1978, Article 5: Amendment of local Act


In the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1967, section 14 (purchases by agreement under Part VII of the Local Government Act 1933) is hereby repealed.
