# The Local Authorities (Functions and Responsibilities) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2005, Regulation 2: Amendment


(1) The Local Authorities (Functions and Responsibilities) (England) Regulations 2000 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 1 (functions not to be the responsibility of an authority’s executive) there shall be inserted in paragraph I (miscellaneous functions), after item 47—
(a) in column (1)—
“47A. Powers relating to complaints about high hedges.”; and
(b) in column (2)—
“Part 8 of the Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003.”.
