  "text": "(1) The Local Authorities (Functions and Responsibilities) (England) Regulations 2000are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 1(3) (citation, commencement, application and interpretation), at the end add ““the 2005 Act” means the Gambling Act 2005 (c. 19).“.\n(3) Schedule 1 (functions not to be the responsibility of an authority’s executive) is amended in accordance with Part 1 of the Schedule to these Regulations.\n(4) Schedule 3 (functions not to be the sole responsibility of an authority’s executive) is amended in accordance with Part 2 of the Schedule to these Regulations.",
