# The Local Authorities (Functions and Responsibilities) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2026, Regulation 3: Amendment of Schedule 1 (functions not to be the responsibility of an authority’s executive)


(1) Schedule 1 is amended as follows.
(2) For paragraph A (functions relating to town and country planning and development control) substitute the new paragraph A in the Schedule to these Regulations.
(3) In paragraph I (miscellaneous functions), in column (2), in relation to the entry relating to item 47, for “the Trees Regulations 1999” substitute “the Town and Country Planning (Trees) Regulations 1999”.
