# The Local Authorities (Goods and Services) (Public Bodies) Order 1990, Article 2: Designation of public bodies


Each of the following bodies which is a person appearing to the Secretaries ofState to be exercising functions of a public nature shall be a public body for the purposesof the Local Authorities (Goods and Services) Act 1970 in its application to England andWales:
The City Literary Institute;
Medway Housing Society Limited.
