# The Local Authorities (Goods and Services) (Public Bodies) Order 1997, Article 3: Restrictions on agreements which may be entered into


Agreements which may be entered into by a body by virtue of this Order shall be restricted to agreements with a local authority for the supply of goods or materials, or the provision of administrative, professional or technical services, by that authority to that body, in connection with financial or other assistance given or to be given to that body by any person for the purposes of the regeneration of any part of that authority’s area.
