  "text": "(1) Regulation 17 (allowance in respect of conferences and meetings) of the Local Authorities (Members' Allowances) Regulations 1991 is amended, in paragraph (2), by the substitution for “£29.48” of “ £30.39”.\n(2) The amendment made by paragraph (1) applies in relation to attendance at a conference or meeting on or after 1st April 2000.",
