  "text": "(1) The Local Authorities (Members' Allowances) Regulations 1991 shall be amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 12(c) (special responsibility allowance), for “£7,500” there shall be substituted, in relation to any year beginning on or after the commencement day, “£8,000”.\n(3) In regulation 17(2) (allowance in respect of conferences and meetings) for “£22.80” there shall be substituted, in relation to attendance at a conference or meeting on or after the commencement day, “£24.35”.\n(4) In regulation 18(1) (attendance allowance) for “£22.80” there shall be substituted, in respect of an approved duty performed on or after the commencement day, “£24.35”.\n(5) In regulation 18(2) (financial loss allowance), in respect of an approved duty performed on or after the commencement day–\n(a) in paragraph (a) for “£19.25” there shall be substituted “£20.70”; and\n(b) in paragraphs (b) and (c), for “£38.50” there shall be substituted “£41.40”.\n(6) For the Table in the Schedule, there shall, in relation to a year beginning on or after the commencement day, be substituted the following–\n“\nTable\n(1)\n(2)\nAuthority or description of authority\nAmount £\nA county council\n2,955\nA metropolitan district council\n2,955\nEach of the following non-metropolitan district councils: Bristol, Cardiff, Derby, Kingston-upon-Hull, Leicester, Luton, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Nottingham, Plymouth, Portsmouth, Southampton, Stockton-on-Tees, Stoke-on-Trent, Swansea, Thamesdown, Warrington, Woodspring\n2,085\nAny other non-metropolitan district council\n1,450\nA London borough council\n2,955\nA joint authority\n930\nThe Council of the Isles of Scilly\n1,450\n”",
