  "text": "(1) The Local Authorities (Members' Allowances) Regulations 1991 shall be amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 12(c) (special responsibility allowance), for “£8,120” there shall be substituted, in relation to any year beginning on or after the commencement day, “£8,291”.\n(3) In regulation 17(2) (allowance in respect of conferences and meetings) for “£24.70” there shall be substituted, in relation to attendance at a conference or meeting on or after the commencement day, “£25.20”.\n(4) In regulation 18(1) (attendance allowance) for “£24.70” there shall be substituted, in respect of an approved duty performed on or after the commencement day, “£25.20”.\n(5) In regulation 18(2) (financial loss allowance), in respect of an approved duty performed on or after the commencement day—\n(a) in paragraph (a) for “£21.00” there shall be substituted “£21.45”; and\n(b) in paragraphs (b) and (c), for “£42.00” there shall be substituted “£42.90”.\n(6) For the Table in the Schedule, in relation to a year beginning on or after the commencement day, there shall be substituted the following—\n“\nTable\n(1)\n(2)\nAuthority or description of authority\nAmount\n£\nA county council\n3,065\nA metropolitan district council\n3,065\nEach of the following non-metropolitan district councils: Bristol, Cardiff, Derby, Kingston-upon-Hull, Leicester, Luton, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Nottingham, Plymouth, Portsmouth, Southampton, Stockton-on-Tees, Stoke-on-Trent, Swansea, Thamesdown, Warrington, Woodspring\n2,160\nAny other non-metropolitan district council\n1,500\nA London borough council\n3,065\nA joint authority\n965\nThe Council of the Isles of Scilly\n1,500.\n”",
