Regulation 2 Increase of allowances

The principal regulations are amended as follows.

In regulation 17(2) (allowance in respect of conferences and meetings) for “£26.96” there is substituted, in relation to attendance at a conference or meeting on or after the commencement day, “£27.70”.

(3)

In regulation 18(1) (attendance allowance) for “£26.96” there is substituted, in respect of an approved duty performed on or after the commencement day, “£27.70”.

(4)

In regulation 18(2) (financial loss allowance), in respect of an approved duty performed on or after the commencement day—

(a)

in paragraph (a) for “£23.10” there is substituted “£23.96”, and

(b)

in paragraphs (b) and (c), for “£46.21” there is substituted “£47.92”.
