# The Local Authorities (Members' Allowances) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2001, Regulation 1: Name, commencement and application


(1) The name of these Regulations is the Local Authorities (Members' Allowances) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2001 and they shall come into force on 1st August 2001.
(2) These Regulations apply to Wales only.
