# The Local Authorities (Members' Allowances) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2001, Regulation 2: Amendments


(1) The Local Authorities (Members' Allowances) Regulations 1991 are amended in accordance with the following paragraphs.
(2) In Regulation 17, in paragraph (2), for “£30.39 ”substitute “£31.39”.
(3) In Regulation 18,
(a) in paragraph (1), for “£30.39” substitute “£31.39”;
(b) in paragraph (2),
(i) in sub-paragraph (a), for “£27.65” substitute “£28.81”; and
(ii) in sub-paragraphs (b) and (c), for “£55.31” substitute “£57.63”.
