# The Local Authorities (Members' Allowances) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Local Authorities (Members' Allowances) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 31st July 2003.
(2) These Regulations apply in England only.
