# The Local Authorities (Members' Allowances) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Regulation 6: Amendment of regulation 26 (Parish travelling and subsistence allowance)


(1) Regulation 26 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (4) for the words “30th September” there shall be substituted the words “31st December”.
