# The Local Authorities (Members' Allowances) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Regulation 7: Amendment of regulation 34 (Disapplication)


(1) Regulation 34 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (2) for the words “30th September” there shall be substituted the words “31st December”.
