# The Local Authorities (Members' Allowances) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2004, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Local Authorities (Members' Allowances) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 3rd November 2004.
(2) These Regulations apply in England only.
