# The Local Authorities (Members' Allowances) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2004, Regulation 4: Amendment of regulation 25


At the end of regulation 25 (parish basic allowance) there shall be added—
“(10) For the purposes of this Regulation any reference to a member is a reference to an elected member of a parish council.”.
