# The Local Authorities (Members' Interests) (Amendment) Regulations 1996, Regulation 5: Consequential amendments


(1) In regulations 4 and 5(2) and (3), for ‘councillor’ in each place where it occurs there is substituted ‘relevant member’.
(2) In the Schedule, for ‘councillor’ and ‘councillor’s', wherever they occur, there is substituted ‘member’ or, as the case may be, ‘member's’.
