  "text": "This Order makes further provision incidental, consequential, transitional and supplementary to the Local Government Act 1972, relating to—\n(a) The amendment of certain instruments;\n(b) water-courses forming boundaries altered before 1st April 1974;\n(c) the constitution of trustees in certain cinque ports etc. on the grant of charters to the districts;\n(d) the corporate land of London boroughs;\n(e) the Oakham Cemetery; and\n(f) the transfer of certain property, etc.",
