  "text": "Local government, england and wales\nMade 2nd April 2007\nLaid before Parliament 4th April 2007\nComing into force 3rd May 2007\nThe Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 50(1) and (4), 81(2) and (3), and 105(2), (3) and (4) of the Local Government Act 2000.\nThe Secretary of State has consulted in accordance with section 50(5) of that Act.\nThe Secretary of State is satisfied that this Order is consistent with the principles for the time being specified in an order under section 49(1) of that Act.",
