# The Local Authorities’ Plans and Strategies (Disapplication) (England) (Amendment) Order 2009, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Local Authorities’ Plans and Strategies (Disapplication) (England) (Amendment) Order 2009 and shall come into force on 13th April 2009.
