Article 9 Property of Fire Authorities
On 1st April 1996, all property which is vested in a disaggregating authority by virtue of, and wholly for the purposes of, its functions as a fire authority shall transfer to and vest in the joint board constituted by virtue of section 147 of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973f1 in respect of the area of that disaggregating authority.
