# The Local Authorities (Publicity Account) (Exemption) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1990, Article 3: Amendments to the principal Order


In article 2 of the principal Order, after the definition of “educational establishment” and “pupil” there shall be inserted the following definition:–
““school board” has the meaning given in section 1 of the School Boards (Scotland) Act 1988.”.
