# The Local Authorities (Smallholdings) Order 1974, Article 2: Territorial extent of exercise of powers


(1) Article 4 is made by the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food in relation to England and by the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Secretary of State for Wales, acting jointly, in relation to Wales.
(2) Articles 5, 6 and 7 are made by the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Secretary of State for Wales, acting jointly.
