  "heading": "Notice in relation to schemes",
  "text": "(1) Where an existing authority have made a scheme, they shall—\n(a) forward a copy of the scheme to the staff commission;\n(b) give to the bodies referred to in article 8 above written notice that the scheme has been made and make available to them for inspection a copy of the scheme;\n(c) in accordance with paragraph (2) below give to every employee of that authority to whom the scheme applies written notice of the effect of the scheme on him; and\n(d) allow every such employee to inspect, on request, a copy of the scheme free of charge.\n(2) Every notice under paragraph (1)(c) above shall be given no later than whichever is the earlier of the following:—\n(a) the day 28 days after the scheme is made;\n(b) 31st March 1996.",
