# The Local Authorities (Staff Transfer) (Scotland) Order 1995, Article 5: Content of schemes


A scheme shall contain such information as is sufficient to identify (whether by name or by reference to membership of a group or class of employee) the employees of an existing authority to whom the scheme applies and the new authority to whom each is transferred.
