  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Local Authorities (Standing Orders) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 and come into force on 11th May 2015.\n(2) In these Regulations—\n“the 2001 Regulations” means the Local Authorities (Standing Orders) (England) Regulations 2001.",
