Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and extent

These Regulations may be cited as the Local Authorities (Standing Orders) (England) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 7th November 2001.

These Regulations extend to England only and, accordingly, references in these Regulations to an authority are references to an authority in England.
