(a) omit paragraph (1)(c);
(b) in paragraph (1)(d) for “(a), (b) and (c)” substitute “(a) and (b)”; and
(c) in paragraph (2) for “(a), (b), (c) or (d)” substitute “(a), (b) or (d)”.
