Article 31 Loan sanctions

Any authorisation of the borrowing of money in force in respect of any property or liability described in (a), (b) or (e) of article 9(1) or transferred by the preceding articles of this order to the council of any county, district or community may, subject to the terms applicable thereto, be acted on by such council.
