# The Local Authorities (Wales) (Property etc.) Order 1973, Article 37: Legal proceedings


All legal proceedings pending at 1st April 1974 may be amended in such manner as may be necessary or proper in consequence of the Act or the Water Act 1973 or the preceding articles of this order.
