  "long_title": "These Regulations are made under the Adoption and Children Act 2002 (“the 2002 Act”) and the Care Standards Act 2000 (“the 2000 Act”) and apply to Welsh local authorities. They replace the Local Authority Adoption Service (Wales) Regulations 2005. They provide a regulatory framework for local authority adoption services. Chapter 6 of the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003 provides for the inspection of local authority services by the National Assembly for Wales (“the National Assembly”).",
