  "text": "In this Schedule—\n“the 2000 Act” means the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000 (c. 41);\n“accounting unit” and “registered party” have the same meanings as in the 2000 Act (see section 160 of that Act);\n“the Commission” means the Local Government Boundary Commission for England;\n“ordinary member” is to be construed in accordance with paragraph 1(1)(b).",
