# Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009, Paragraph 6


(1) Subject to this Schedule, the Commission may regulate its own proceedings and the proceedings of any of its committees or sub-committees (including quorum).
(2) The validity of proceedings of the Commission, or of any of its committees or sub-committees, is not affected by—
(a) a vacancy, or
(b) a defective appointment.
