# Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009, Paragraph 20


(1) In section 23 (definitions), subsection (1) is amended as follows.
(2) Omit the definition of “the Boundary Committee”.
(3) After the definition of “local government area” insert—
““the Local Government Boundary Commission” means the Local Government Boundary Commission for England;”.
