# Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009, Paragraph 6


(1) Schedule 11 (rules to be observed in considering electoral arrangements) is amended as follows.
(2) Omit paragraphs 1 and 3.
(3) In paragraph 4(1), omit “by either of the Commissions”.
