  "text": "(1) In the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996, section 107 (provisions applicable only to contracts in writing) is repealed.\n(2) In section 108 of that Act (right to refer disputes to adjudication)—\n(a) in subsection (2), after “The contract shall” insert “ include provision in writing so as to ”;\n(b) in subsections (3) and (4), after “provide” insert “ in writing ”.",
