  "heading": "Dissolution of an EPB's area",
  "text": "(1) The Secretary of State may by order—\n(a) dissolve an EPB's area, and\n(b) abolish the EPB for the area.\n(2) An order may be made under this section only if a majority of the councils to whom this section applies consent to the making of the order.\n(3) This section applies to—\n(a) a county council whose area, or part of whose area, is within the EPB's area;\n(b) a unitary district council whose area is within the EPB's area.",
