# The Local Education Authority (Behaviour Support) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2001, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Local Education Authority (Behaviour Support Plans) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.
(2) These Regulations apply only in relation to England.
