# Local Education Authority (Behaviour Support Plans) (Exception) (England) Regulations 2003, Regulation 2: Removal of requirement to publish revised plan.


Regulation 5(3)(b) of the Local Education Authority (Behaviour Support Plans) Regulations 1998 shall not apply to the local education authorities listed in the Schedule.
