  "text": "EDUCATION, ENGLAND\nMade 16th February 2001\nComing into force 16th February 2001\nWhereas the Local Education Authority–School Relations Code of Practice was laid in draft before each House of Parliament in accordance with section 127(3) and section 85(3) of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 on 8th January 2001 and neither House has resolved not to approve the draft;\nNow, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 85(5) of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998, the Secretary of State for Education and Employment hereby makes the following Order:",
