  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings a new Code of Practice on Local Education Authority–School Relations under section 127 of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 into force on 16th February 2001. A copy of the code can be obtained from DfEE Publications, PO Box 5050, Sherwood Park, Annesley, Nottingham NG15 0JD, and may also be found on the Department’s WEB site (http://www.dfee.gov.uk).",
