  "text": "The form set out in Part II of the Schedule to this Order is hereby prescribed as the Welsh version which may be used by the chairman, vice-chairman or councillor of a community council in Wales, in place of the declaration of acceptance of office as set out in Part I of Schedule 5 to the Local Elections (Parish and Communities) Rules 1986.",
